Our story
From one cart on a corner.
The Glizzness started in 2022 — one cart, a yellow umbrella, and a downtown Columbia street corner. A few winters later we're Mizzou-campus regulars, feeding breweries, weddings, offices, and game days across Boone County. Same laid-back cart, same fresh flavor — just a lot more places to find us.
